Anyone who wants to learn the essentials of bike maintenance. Adjusting brakes, lubricating the chain, recognizing common problems and repairing a puncture will hold no secrets for you.
lesson structure
The 1.5 - 2 hour lesson takes the form of a demonstration using a bike supplied by the technician. No need to bring your own. You'll have the chance to ask questions and handle the bike.

The lesson takes place outside, once a month, on the terrace of Les Nomades du Parc. See calendar for dates and times.
What do I bring?
You and your bike wheel, that it. Just bring a bicycle wheel to practice fixing a flat. If you don't have one, we'll gladly provide you with one.

☼ How to clean and oil the transmission to optimize its performance and increase its lifespan.

If raining, the course will be rescheduled for the following week. Your instructor will contact you no later than 2 hours before the activity to cancel if necessary.
